She gained the leadership role from Guru-ji Franklin Joseph, CEO, Indian Institute of Strategic Threat-Intelligence Analysis & Combat Tactical Science, her father, who founded iTeachiPower.in. iTeachiPower.in is a 'Girls Empower, Mentor, Lead & Educate Girls' Instructor Workshop for school and college girls that teaches military Krav Maga self defence and psychological empowerment against abuse.
